ORDERING + SHIPPING
This will depend on your choice at checkout.
We offer the following shipping methods:
USPS Ground Advantage (7-10 business days once the order ships)
USPS Priority (3-4 business days once the order ships)
UPS Ground (4-7 days once the order ships)
We typically ship your order in 2-3 business days.
We are a tiny team and try to get your orders out as quickly as we can.
We aim to get shipments out in 2 to 3 business days. Larger orders can take a little more time. We are closed on weekends.
Please note that we are a tiny team and do the best we can but things can take a bit longer during the busier times of the year (ie. xmas, mother's day, Vday)

Shipping prices are calculated based on the total weight and destination of your order.
You can track shipping with your tracking number that will be emailed to you the moment we ship your package.
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.
All shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order.

Yes! We can add a gift message to your order free of charge.
Just jot your message in the "Order Special Instructions" box in your shopping cart.
We sure do! You'll have the option to add gift wrap when you view your cart - we'll use our premium CSG gift wrap and will add a gorgeous bow or pom pom.
* Wrapping paper, bow or pom pom style will vary from gift to gift, but we promise it will look beauitful!
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase
Simply contact us at info@carolynsuzukigoods.com to start your return and ship it back to us within 30 days of your purchase.
*All returns must have no signs of wear or damage, be in their original condition, and in all original packaging.
Please note your original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
We are unable to process returns purchased from other stores other than our website.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept returns from international customers, but if you have issues with your order we'll do our best to make things right!

Exchanging an item would be virtually the same process as returning an item (see above)
You can wait to be credited the original purchase amount and then place another order, or you can place another order for the item you want at any time.
